A complex series of multi-unit living spaces created from the ground-up form the infrastructure for pockets of nature in an urban setting. A large courtyard split down the middle with a 4ft grade change posed an interesting design challenge. A geologic shift accentuates this grade change in plate steel terracing. Scheduled completion late 2017.
