Cottage Industries

We are currently working on something we feel could transform the landscape of suburbia in Southern California. Groups of lots over several city blocks have been re-zoned as mixed use and purchased by our innovative client with the intent of creating a true community of locally owned and operated restaurants, juice bars, a community garden, event center, maker spaces, small scale hotels, etc.... All businesses will re-use the existing single family homes while connecting backyards into communal restaurant and play spaces. We are working on sculptural objects that encourage community engagement and interaction between strangers from disparate cultures and backgrounds. Stay tuned - we are breaking ground on just the beginning.
